Sign up & set your preferences.
Let us know where you live and pick a plan. Then let us know the scent you prefer (or fragrance free!) and we will confirm your schedule. Takes about two minutes.

Bag it up & leave it out.
On your pickup day, set your laundry on your doorstep by 9:00 AM. Any standard 13 gallon kitchen bag works, as long as it is tied shut.

We wash & fold with care.
We pick up, wash everything to your preferences, and fold it neatly so it's ready to put away. You'll get a text as soon as we've picked it up.

Fresh laundry, back on your day.
Clean, folded, fresh-smelling laundry returned to your door within 2 days. That's it. You didn't lift a finger.

How does it work?
Pick a plan and a pickup day, leave your bag on your doorstep, and we return it washed and folded, usually within 1 to 2 days.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
Nope. Just leave your bag in your agreed safe spot. We'll text you at pickup and delivery.
Is there a contract?
Never. Skip a week, change your plan, or cancel anytime.
When is my card charged?
Only after we've picked up your laundry — never before.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
Your items are insured in our care. In the rare case something goes wrong, message us and we'll make it right — you'll be talking to the owner, not a call center.
Can I choose my detergent and scent?
Absolutely. Tell us your preferences once and we keep them on file — including fragrance-free and sensitive-skin options.
How fast is turnaround?
Most orders are back within 1 to 2 days, on your scheduled delivery day.
What if I have more laundry than my plan covers?
No problem — extra weight is billed at $X/lb, or upgrade your plan anytime.
Do you wash delicates / bulky items?
Yes. Delicates get gentle care on request; comforters and duvets are welcome (priced per item).
